Assume you're working with Cloud. Immediately, the cloud printer shows offline. This could be because the printer that supports Cloud Print is turned on. On the PC, the printer could be in hibernation or sleep mode. The web connection on the PC must be turned off. The browser has been reinstalled. You want to have left your Cloud Account. Attempt to fix these problems and your cloud printer start working again.
