Select Review/Change by clicking on it.
Please enter the following details:
your final name
Your six-character code for confirming a flight
(it appears as an alphanumeric code, such as FLY789 or C5CEKG, in the top right corner of your confirmation mail).
Select the Search icon
(your flight details will appear)
Choose a flight, then cancel it.
Keep in mind that there will be no penalties if you decide to cancel your WORKS ticket.
Your ticket value is valid for one year.
The online refund form from Frontier must be completed.
If you have a regular ticket, you might be subject to a cancellation fee unless you meet the criteria for a full refund as outlined in the Frontier Airlines Cancellation Policy.
