Only fully refundable fares are eligible for cancellation and refunds, per Hawaiian Airlines cancellation policy. But under the following circumstances, you may do so and receive a refund:
you seek a flight cancellation at least seven days prior to travel and do so within 24 hours of making the reservation.
You were not allowed to board.
Your flight is cancelled by Hawaiian Airlines.
You decline to be rebooked on another flight despite the fact that your flight's departure or arrival time will be delayed by more than two hours.
Hawaiian Airlines agrees to reimburse your fare if you or a member of your family is admitted to the hospital (after you complete a Medical Waiver Request form and send a scanned copy to HawaiianAirlines.com/CAO).
